Lester Hunt Portrait Display and Presentation

Symbolically returning Lester C. Hunt’s spirit to the Wyoming Capitol, the official portrait of Governor Hunt will be displayed in the Rotunda from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday June 19th, the 70th anniversary of his death.

The program will include a presentation about the tragic story of Lester Hunt’s suicide, information about suicide prevention resources, and a time of reflection.

This event precedes a healing service of Episcopal communion open to everyone at Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church in Cheyenne at 1:30 in the afternoon.

All are welcome and encouraged to attend both events.
